Good afternoon chaps! From now til the end of the year there are some pretty huge releases on the horizon. Here’s the latest game trailers the internet has to offer:

Star Wars: The Old Republic:  We are pretty excited about this. There’s more freedom in character creation than before, and judging by the trailer there was a blowout sale at the old Lightsabre Outlet Store. BBZZZZZEEEWWWW!

Mass Effect 3 – first gameplay trailer. Mass Effect has always toed that weird line between future space science and magic. If you make your magic gun look like it is firing science, it is fine for your SciFi game. “Hey, that mechadroid just shot a missile at your face!” “I’m fine, thanks to space magic.”  On the other hand, it looks hella cool, as does this Garrus mask.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 - Makes me feel somewhat uneasy. There are actual real people firing guns at each other in the actual real places featured in the game. It’s still going to be one of the year’s biggest sellers.

Fifa 12 - Again, this will sell millions of copies. But it has gained a reputation for being a wonderfully buggy old game. This video shows some of the best glitches from FIFA 12‘s much-hyped collision engine. Perfect opportunity for the Benny Hill theme: wasted.

And finally, in an effort to shoehorn in Game of Thrones at every possible moment, here’s the trailer for the RTS version of the TV series, featuring a slightly less impressive version of The Wall.

Which new games are going to be emptying your pockets in the next few months? Let us know in the comments.
