Movies

This upcoming month is full of a range of random collection of TV programmes and Films coming out! From Ill Manors to Punk’d! So here is a review of what’s coming up this month!

Film:

Red Tails

This film is based on a true story during World War II. The film is about a crew of African American pilots who played a heroic role the second world war despite suffering racist attitudes.

Ill Manors

Ill Manors is the debut film from Ben Drew, aka Plan B, in an uncompromising view of growing up in Hackney. It has cause quite a stir in the press and is a powerful film which is quite graphic in places.

A Fantastic Fear of Everything

This film is the latest from Simon Pegg and features an author who becomes paranoid the more research he does on a novel he is writing. This becomes amplified when a Hollywood executive shows a strong interest in the script.

Woody Allen via Colin Swan

Woody Allen: A Documentary

This film is much more modest than it’s title suggests. The film shows the life of Woody Allen, from his teenage years to his more recent works, and the fabulous films he has produced from Annie Hall to Midnight in Paris.
